Essential Functions

Manage all mail and couriers, including but not limited to preparing courier packages, coordinating pick-up and delivery, confirming delivery/receipt with appropriate stakeholders, and resolving any related issues in a timely manner.Managing incoming and outgoing temperature sensitive shipments.Responsible for delivering or coordinating pick up of packages to customer work areas.Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.Responsible for keeping an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand at all times.Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulationsOther Duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, skills, and abilities

Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.Strong customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to present information in a clear and concise mannerA high degree of accuracy is required for handling sensitive equipment and proper routing of shipmentsAbility to work in fast paced environment while managing multiple work streams and prioritiesAbility to frequently walk up and down stairs for inspections and emergency procedure practice or implementationAbility to detect emergency alarms - auditory and/or visualAbility to lift 60 lbs. repeatedly

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalentAt least one (1) year working in the Biopharma or Pharmaceutical industry preferred
