This role offers competitive compensation ( **$22.00-$25.00/hour** ) over a 4 month contract period. **Available Shifts:** Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Flexible start time) **Top reasons to work with Adecco:** + Weekly Pay + Upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy + Dedicated onboarding specialist to guide you from offer to your first day. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED + 1+ year of inventory control/cycle counting experience + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite + Intermediate to advanced skills with SAP + Experience with life equipment (Reach Lift, Order Picker, electric pallet jack, and counterbalance) + Strong attention to detail + Ability to follow directions + Ability to compare and verify paper documents to system and physical product **Responsibilities:** + Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment + Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability + Receive and unpack materials and supplies + Report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposes + Act as primary and often sole contact for shipping and receiving + Complete shipping and receiving reports + Maintain vendor and internal department relationships to ensure effective communication + Operate UPS shipping equipment and prepare packages for pickup + Accurately complete mailing paperwork, QC, and manage mailing jobs + Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies + Deliver items to departments or delivery locations + Process required customer returns and coordinate inter-plant returns + Resolve tasks and respond to notes assigned to shipping in a timely manner + Work with various computer programs, including SAP, WM, Lotus Notes, Excel, RF Radios, Scanners, DSI, and Keywill + Safely operate pallet jack, forklift, Vaculux, T-wrapper, Roll Clamp Truck, RC Trucks, TSP Trucks, and banding equipment + Complete end-of-day transactions in Ship It and KeywillBasic **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
