WHAT WILL YOU DO

The shipping/receiving clerk manages the receipt and/or shipment of goods, ensuring the process is done with accuracy and timeliness.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Process receipts for all incoming products and discrete purchase orders.  Assist receiving dock associate with incoming freight shipments by checking off for accuracy and completeness. Perform receipts in ERP system for incoming products and purchase orders.  Print and process audit trails for all receipts.  Verify and file all receiving paperwork. Process aftermarket orders through shopping process.  Assist packing associate lift, tie parts to racks, bag/box/wrap/paint parts when needed. Process paperwork for all outgoing shipments.  Schedule pickup of miscellaneous items, such as scrap, trash removal, PPG totes etc. Perform various scheduling to and from warehouses.  Maintain a clean work area including the dock and office areas. Adherence to safety policies, procedures and practices.  Support and demonstrate organizations goals and values. Demonstrate teamwork by collaborating with others to improve overall standards of performance and service.  Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both internal and external. Perform other duties as assigned by Logistics Supervisor and/or command structure.  WHO ARE YOU?
