Summary: 

To perform all shipping and receiving duties, including materials handling and organization.  Responsible for the daily shipping and receiving functions of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, check and validate the accuracy of incoming materialsEnter receipts into computerPrint receiving ticketsIdentify received materials and deliver for storage/usePull, package, and ship parts orders according to established proceduresTrack packages as requested Apply shipping charges to customer orders for invoicingIssue return authorizationsReconcile palletsWeigh outgoing productLoad outgoing materialsPut stock in designated locations, as neededMaintain a clean organized warehouse, dock and shipping officeScrap handling including preparation for pick-upParticipate in physical inventory and cycle countsReport inventory discrepanciesConsistently achieves shipment of products without delays or returnsComplies with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements/procedures at all timesRead and interpret instructions to retrieve, assemble and prepare products/materials for shipmentOperate site computerized system and perform required data entryPerform other duties, as assigned

What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:

Required

High school diploma or GEDTwo years related experience and/or trainingEquivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred

Forklift Certification

Salary Range: $16.80 to $18.56 per hour
