**Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Specialist**
**Job Description**
The candidate will use an electric pallet jack to unload trucks, receive incoming products in accordance with warehouse management system processes, accurately identify and break down the material, note discrepancies, and prepare the product for storage. The role also involves conducting cycle counts and bin location verification, consolidating inventory as needed, and picking orders.
**Responsibilities**
+ Use an electric pallet jack to unload trucks.
+ Receive incoming products and process them according to warehouse management systems.
+ Accurately identify and break down incoming material.
+ Note any discrepancies in received products.
+ Prepare products for storage.
+ Conduct cycle counts and verify bin locations.
+ Consolidate inventory as needed.
+ Pick orders as required.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with electric pallet jacks.
+ Ability to accurately identify and break down incoming materials.
+ Attention to detail to ensure correct product acceptance and discrepancy noting.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with stand-up forklifts is a plus.
+ Proficiency with RF Scan Gun, order picking, receiving, packing, stocking, material handling, palletizing, and forklifts (both stand-up and sit-down).

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a large distribution/warehouse setting with a team of about 10 people. Work hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks. Steel-toed boots that go above the ankle are required, along with pants without holes or frays and a shirt with sleeves (t-shirt, long sleeve, or sweatshirt).

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
