Shipping/receiving Clerk
**Shipping/Receiving Specialist in Minneapolis, MN, US Pay $18-21/hr** **Job Description** The candidate will be responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments. Duties include organizing the inventory, reviewing incoming and outgoing shipment schedules to ensure everything can get sent out timely. Additionally, the candidate will keep track of inventory and answer/direct calls related to Shipping/Receiving. This is a customer-facing position, welcoming drivers/customers, checking ITAR, and assisting with performing Shipping/Receiving duties. **Responsibilities** + Prepare outgoing shipments and receive incoming shipments. + Organize the inventory. + Review incoming and outgoing shipment schedules to ensure timely dispatch. + Keep track of inventory. + Answer and direct calls related to Shipping/Receiving. + Welcome drivers and customers. + Check ITAR compliance. + Assist with performing Shipping/Receiving duties. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of sit-down forklift experience. + 1+ year of computer experience (preferably with UPS/FedEx). + Proficient with inventory control and cycle counts. + Picking orders. + Warehouse forklift operation. + Material handling. + Comfortable with customer interaction. **Why Work Here?** We offer opportunities for advancement internally to move into other positions. The work schedule is first shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
