What Will You Do? Product Shipment – Responsible for BOL including MRP system updates (currently E1) to ensure accurate and timely shipping of products Receiving – Receives raw materials per Purchase Order located in E1 (Chart’s MRP); Handles complex receipts and debits on both purchase orders and sales orders Responsible for Bills of Lading Generates freight quotes for shipment Serves as main point of contact to all vendors and shippers Prepares orders for shipment and schedules all shipments with vendors and shipping companies Accepts and signs for deliveries Assists in unloading shipments from delivery trucks Checks shipping invoice to ensure all items are accounted for Assists with inventory level maintenance and inventory counts, as needed Operates forklift and other warehouse equipment to complete tasks adhering to company safety practices Maintains a clean work area and practices general housekeeping standards Performs all tasks to ISO standards and requirements Performs other duties as assigned Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls and talk or hear; stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb ladder. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8-10 hours a day. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred:

High school diploma or GED 1+ years supply chain experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Previous forklift experience Proficient with Microsoft Office JDE knowledge, a plus
