Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join their team. As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting the logistics department. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Shipping & Receiving Associate
**Location:** New Hudson, MI
**Pay Range:** $21-$23
**What's the Job?**
+ Receive and inspect incoming packages and pallets, accurately entering receipts into the ERP system.
+ Process and print pick tickets, pull items for shipment, and package orders securely.
+ Confirm shipments in the ERP system, triggering automatic customer invoicing.
+ Operate a forklift safely to assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
+ Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and assist with maintaining inventory control.
**What's Needed?**
+ Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
+ Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory and shipping management.
+ Forklift certification or experience is required.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ A CDL license is preferred for local deliveries.
