This is an amazing opportunity to work with a team that is responsible for cleaning specialty piping and tubes prior to chemical bathing processes for the oil field. We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support all aspects of shipping, receiving, and material handling operations. This role involves loading and unloading shipments, verifying materials, maintaining inventory, and ensuring accurate packing and documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. **Location** : Mansfield, TX **Shift:** 1 st - Monday-Friday **Pay:** 18/hr. **Contract to Hire** **Key Responsibilities:** Shipping & Receiving Operations: + Load and unload materials from trucks. + Unpack, inspect, and verify materials against packing lists. + Label and store materials in the appropriate locations. Order Preparation & Packing: + Pull and batch loads for processing. + Pack completed materials for shipment, ensuring accuracy. + Sort and stack materials neatly in storage areas. Oven Operations: + Load plated materials into ovens and ensure correct processing times. + Monitor and log oven operation data. + Unload and organize materials for shipment. Chemical & Inventory Management: + Receive and store incoming chemical shipments safely. + Verify chemical shipments against packing lists. + Deliver materials to the appropriate departments. Warehouse Organization & Maintenance: + Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris. + Store packing materials neatly when not in use. + Maintain equipment, storage racks, and transport carts in good condition. + Follow safety protocols, including proper handling of flammable materials. Job Requirements: Physical Requirements: + Ability to stand and walk for entire shift. + Ability to lift and carry parts weighing 40-60 lbs. (up to 150 lbs. with assistance). + Frequent stooping, climbing, crouching, grasping, pushing, and pulling. + Ability to visually inspect parts and read chemical safety labels. Skills & Qualifications: + Ability to read and write in English. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. + Team player with reliable attendance and punctuality. + Willingness to work overtime as needed, including scheduled days off and occasional 10-hour shifts. + Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or material handling is a plus. ** **_This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
