**Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Specialist** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Specialist to manage and track the movement of materials and products within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate lot traceability and integrity, facilitating seamless communication and execution of material moves with other departments to maintain quality and availability for manufacturing or shipment. **Responsibilities** + Label and stock materials and products. + Digitally track and move all packaging, raw materials, and manufactured products within the warehouse. + Communicate and execute material moves with other departments to ensure product quality and availability. + Perform all aspects of shipping and receiving, and organize the warehouse area. + Conduct regular cycle counts to audit inventory accuracy. + Recommend changes to improve productivity and efficiency. + Work cooperatively with all employees. + Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. **Essential Skills** + 2 years of warehouse experience in shipping and receiving of all materials and products. + Proficiency in inventory control systems including bar code systems. + Knowledge of proper use of forklift, pallet jacks, scales, and other shipping equipment. + Experience with inventory management, including cycle counts and calibration. + Ability to use RF scanners. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to multitask and communicate professionally between coworkers and other departments. + Basic computer skills. + Ability to perform daily tasks safely and work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment. + Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and other departments. **Why Work Here?** Our company is part of an investment group committed to substantial growth and expansion.
