Adecco is hiring immediately for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator job in Georgia, VT with pay starting at $20/hr. As a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, you will receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. Work schedule will be Friday – Sunday, 6am – 6:30pm (36hrs, paid for 40) **Responsibilities:** + Prepares orders for transport; (packs, seals, labels and affix postage) + Prepares orders for shipment in accordance with order profile and customer requirements + Examines shipment contents and compares with records such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy + Records shipment data such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes + Load trucks with packaged materials and ensuring shipment is routed correctly and signed for by driver + Verifies inventory counts by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigating discrepancies, or adjusting errors + Stores items in an orderly and accessible manner in tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas + Operates various types of equipment in the warehouse, including RF Scanners, forklifts, Pallet Jacks, hand tools, and power tool + Prepares documents work orders or bills of lading; custom doc’s + Contacts carrier representatives to make transport arrangements + Maintains safe work area in a clean and orderly condition; comply with safety procedures and operating rules **Requirements:** + High school diploma or GED + 2 year related experience/training; OR Equivalent of education and experience + Ability to make decisions, in a fast-paced work environment + Ability to function well under pressure + Ability to read, analyze, interpret and fill out various forms and controlled documents + Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints knowledgably and respectfully + Proficient with Microsoft office. + Must be able to lift up to 50lbs For instant consideration for this Shipping & Receiving Coordinator position in Georgia, VT, click on Apply Now! _For this particular assignment, must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship._ **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
