Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling goods from small package carriers and freight carriers, verifying material received against documentation, and capturing purchase orders and receipt data into the ERP system. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, organizing the department, and managing Teledyne LeCroy products for service repair and calibration.

ResponsibilitiesReceive goods from small package carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) and freight carriers (XPO Logistics, UPS Freight, FedEx Freight).Verify material received against documentation.Capture purchase orders and receipt data into the ERP system.Scan and file documents appropriately.Demonstrate accuracy, responsibility, and thoroughness of all receiving records.Maintain a clean and organized department.Essential SkillsExperience with production planning, scheduling, and ERP systems.Knowledge of inventory management, MRP, and material planning.Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.Strong sense of priority and attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsManufacturing experience preferred but not required.Experience with FIFO, LTL's, and RMA's preferred but not required.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This role is set in a manufacturing environment located in Chestnut Ridge, NY. The standard work hours are from 8:30am to 5:15pm, Monday through Friday. The dress code is business casual, and the facility includes an onsite cafeteria and fitness center.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00
