**Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Specialist** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Shipping/Receiving Specialist to manage all incoming and outgoing spare parts and freight. This is a day shift position starting at 6am. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inventory control, data entry, and forklift operation. This role requires a meticulous individual who can handle a variety of tasks related to shipping, receiving, and general labor. Candidates must be comfortable with physical work in various weather conditions working both indoors/outdoors on feet, twisting, lifting, etc. **Responsibilities** + Handle all incoming and outgoing shipments. + Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving processes. + Verify and document contents of incoming shipments. + Securely package items for outgoing shipments. + Manage inventory and conduct regular audits. + Track orders and inventory. + Safely load and unload delivery vehicles. + Efficiently pick and pack orders. + Perform tool inspection and material handling. + Sort and organize production materials. + Conduct cycle counts. **Essential Skills** + Experience in shipping and receiving processes. + Proficiency in forklift operation. + Strong inventory control and data entry skills. + Ability to use RF scanners. + Basic math skills for inventory management. + Understanding of industrial machinery components. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience with packaging and general labor tasks. + Experience in tool inspection and material handling. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
