Position Summary: The Flex Tech is responsible for acting as a cross functional partner to multiple departments throughout the facility while practicing lean initiatives. This position will assist several different departments when needed to ensure a steady and balanced work environment. This position will advocate and support the Corporate Win Strategy. Split Shift Hours: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (8 hour shift schedule) 7:30 am - 6:00 pm (10 hour overtime shift schedule) Essential Functions: + Receive and stock product into desired location by using computer software + Process and pack shipments to ensure on time delivery + Put away materials for departments using equipment such as handheld power pallet jacks and forklifts + Follow inventory assignment directions using numbers and decimals + Safe forklift operation and safety initiatives involved with forklift operation + Read and interpret documents containing symbols, graphs, charts, and coordinates + Support other functions throughout the facility The essential functions have been provided as examples of the type of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification.
