Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized recruiting firm that is currently seeking a Receiving and Shipping Lead  for a reputable manufacturer in Ladson, SC. This individual will be responsible for managing the receiving and shipping of products, ensuring accuracy.
 
Responsibilities: Daily leadership and training for receiving and shipping team Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Oversee the receiving process Manage timely outbound shipping process Maintain accurate inventory records Conduct regular audits Ensure all products meet quality standards  Identify opportunities for process enhancements Enforce safety protocols and practices, Collaborate with other departments as needed Maintain reports Qualifications: High school diploma or Associate degree 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations and at least 1 year in a supervisory level Proficient in warehouse management systems Microsoft Office Suite Strong team-building abilities Ability to implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended period Forklift certification preferred ** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
