Utilize your logistics knowledge & expertise in a manufacturing environment. You will assist in the execution of the below duties: utilizing warehouse management techniques to support shipping, and logistics coordination of carriers for both international and domestic orders but not limited and include, including receipts and inspections of goods, inventory control, nonconforming inventory management, material handling & packaging for warehousing, and management system. Logistics associates must have a high level of organization, time management, and attention to detail to prioritize the organization’s daily operations and workflow to ensure that deadlines are met with maximum product quality. All members comply with company policies and maintain a high level of safety. You will follow standard work and operating procedures to ensure those duties are fulfilled and goals are met.

•\tProcess Material Movements Physically and Systematically
•\tManage Transactions for Nonconforming Material Physically and Systematically
•\tReceive and Process Inbound and Outbound Material per Customer and Honeywell Requirements
•\tPick and Put-away Materials to Respective Staging and Stockroom Locations
•\tIdentify and Manage Problem Shelf Materials for Receiving, Inspection, Stockroom and Shipping
•\tManage Share Distribution Lists and Group Calendars on Outlook
•\tAdd Parts to Receiving HOT List for Critical Inbound Parts
•\tManage LTPRB for Demand
•\tPerform Core Supplier Consigned Reconciliations
•\tSupplier Purchase Approval - Complete Stock Checks and Approve Delivery Dates
•\tSubcontract Inventory Reconciliation
•\tCreate Various Reports for Logistics and Key Customers
•\tPull and Report Out on Logistics Metrics
•\tPerform SAP Transactions and Troubleshooting
•\tCreate and Manage Work Instructions
•\tParticipate in Annual Physical Inventory and Other Inventory Control Tasks
•\tFacilitate Cross Training Among Logistics Departments
•\tManage Material Flow and Flex Employees as Needed
•\tComplete 5S and Other HMX Activities per the Logistics MOS.
•\tCoach team members to conduct day-to-day tasks
**Available Shifts: 6am-2:30pm or 8am-4:30pm
**Overtime may be required, and the schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
