As a Senior Product Manager, SaaS Shipping Solutions at Pitney Bowes, you thrive on developing and executing the product strategy for the SendPro group of SaaS products. In this role, you’ll part of our Sending Technology Solutions Product Management team, that is leading the charge to expand and grow Pitney Bowes’ SaaS sending solutions into our large client base as well as new adjacent client segments.

Set and lead the strategic direction for the assigned SendPro portfolio. Maintain a detailed product vision and product roadmaps Lead analysis and maintain a strong understanding of relevant markets, customer needs and competitive offerings to manage a rapidly growing business and identify new profitable market opportunities Define and drive execution of end-to-end client experience including customer support Manage full product lifecycle profitability (Gross Profit / EBIT) Lead development and daily management of product requirements and development strategy with product architects and engineering directors Define and articulate the product or solution value proposition in all target markets Determine pricing strategy Develop and execute product or solution Lifecyle and asset management strategies Collaborate across business unit boundaries to utilize best available PB-wide technology Develop high-level channel strategies in collaboration with regional product management, regional sales and corporate marketing teams Lead and manage matrix relationships across functions, BU's, and geographiesWe Will:

Your Background:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand broad concepts, identify connection points and gaps, and establish product strategies that align with the broader business vision 5+ years of experience with SaaS software products / solutions in a Product Management, Product Marketing or Business Development role OR 7+ years in a product management, development and/or product support capacity with complementary skills in market analysis and financial management Have domain knowledge in SaaS\Cloud Shipping Software or similar field. Technical background in developing Cloud based service and delivery preferred Start-up experience in B2B SaaS, highly desirable. Experience in financial management and business case development Experience in utilizing customer insights to drive product innovation Exposure to global business operations Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation/arbitration Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business highly desirable MBA or technical advanced degree preferable
