The ideal candidate will also be responsible for creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) and arranging Less Than Truckload (LTL) trucking. Experience with ERP systems, parts receiving, and handling, including forklift operation, is required. **Responsibilities** + Create and manage shipments, both domestic and foreign, using carriers like UPS, FedEx, and DHL. + Generate BOLs and arrange LTL trucking. + Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities. + Operate MRP systems for parts receiving and handling. + Assist in the distribution of sub-assemblies from the stockroom to the manufacturing floor for assembly. + Perform periodic cycle counts and/or physical inventories and maintain inventory records. **Essential Skills** + Experience in inventory, stockroom, shipping, and receiving. + Forklift operation experience. + Managing workflow in a shipping department. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a manufacturing environment with familiarity with different types of parts. + Strong written and oral comprehension skills. + Physical capability to routinely bend, lift, and move items up to 50 pounds. + Ability to work quickly and accurately in a complex, fast-moving environment. + Problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize daily tasks according to their importance. **APPLY TODAY!** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
