Cosmo Cabinets is seeking an experienced Shipping Supervisor to join the team in our Eatonton facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising a loading and shipping team, arranging trucks for outbound and inbound pick up.   Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Supervise and coordinate 6 shipping and accessory packing team members to work efficiently + Utilize knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates to determine shipping priorities and methods for delivery to assure on-time arrival and good customer service + Prepare paperwork, oversee and ensure accurate scanning of product inventory and accessories for shipment + Work closely with customer service to ensure delivery of fed ex packages, customer samples, + Assess new inventory and stage to ensure it is ready for shipping or delivery Required Abilities and Skills: + Experience in this position in the Kitchen Cabinet Industry will be a huge PLUS. + 5+ years experience in inventory, shipping, distribution, and operational procedures + Able to multi-task and work independently while managing a shipping team + Proven leadership skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education and Experience: + High School, Technical School diploma preferred or equivalent + Experience in shipping and supervising a team Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 60lbs, stand and walk for long periods of time, work in a noisy environment, and bend, stretch, squat, move and stage parts to machining areas.   Benefits: + Attractive salary + Paid time off + Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Cosmo Cabinets is a growing manufacturer of frameless kitchen and bath cabinets with a production facility located in Eatonton, Georgia.
