Job Description
The main responsibility is to supervise the plant and shipping departments in a safe and productive manner to meet customer demands. You will need to make quality decisions based on customer requirements, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, you must be able to coach, instruct, and offer guidance in safety and quality procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
This role involves working in three facilities, including steel processing and industrial environments. The shift is night shift (10 PM - 6 AM, Monday - Friday and Saturdays) with overtime as needed. The work uniform includes metatarsals, hard hat, safety glasses, and earplugs, all provided by the company.
