**Description** **Qualifications:** · 1-2 years of experience in Shipping · Able to work most Saturdays and some Sundays (50+ hrs/week) · Past experience managing people · Great attendance · Highly motivated **Position Description:** · Read and analyze work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs · Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions · Ensure products are loaded on the trailers correctly and in a timely manner · Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to experienced workers for training · Observe work and ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards · Motivate and manage a large group of employees · Interpret specifications, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers **EOE/Vet/Disabled**
