Job purposeResponsibility for & ownership of onward delivery processes Ensuring up to date transparency of all shipments & compliance documentation within the teamProviding business updates on shipments to support revenue recognitionManaging a team of 3Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesManaging day to day shipment tasks & overseeing team tasksEnsuring all shipments are commercially clear & compliant with export controlsRevenue forecasting based on expected title transfer datesMonth End Freight accrualsCarrier invoice approvalsHandling escalationsTraining & support for direct reportsRegular 1-2-1’sKey Experience and Competencies (includes skills)Previous team lead experienceExcellent Organisation skillsUnderstanding of product shipment procedures including in depth understanding of incotermsKnowledge & understanding of Letters of CreditKeenness to learn and develop new skillsSound analytical and interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.A good demonstration of prioritisation within a multi-function role.Strong communication skills, internally and externally, with the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial departments.A high standard of computer literacyExcel/Word advance knowledge (VLOOKUP’s essential)
