Requisition ID :17713 Employment Type :Full Time Job Category :Operations / Warehouse / Distribution Work Location :Dayton, OH (TEG) Receiving/Shipping, Grind Shop - Monday - Friday - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments, as well as preparing and shipping outgoing orders. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A successful Shipping and Receiving Clerk will also have experience with inventory management systems and be able to lift heavy packages. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Processing tools for shipping (UPS, Coating Vendors, etc.) + Tubing, Labeling, and Laser etching of tooling + Replenishing stock as necessary (Shipping materials). + Assist with incoming orders as needed + Maintain a clean work environment + Drives the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSC’s vision and unity of purpose. + Quoting incoming tools for repair & oversee quote follow ups using E2 JobBOSS + Input new Tools into E2 per company standards + Maintain inventory and purchasing of Perishable Tooling + Manage Preventative Maintenance Program + Coordinate deliveries with company delivery routes + Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required *INDICATES ESSENTIAL DUTIES To perform this job successfully an associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
