**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team at a new manufacturing facility. The role involves shipping work, entering shipping information into the computer using SAP ERP system, processing outbound orders, packaging materials, and organizing outbound orders including stacking and banding. **Responsibilities** + Enter shipping information into the computer using SAP ERP system. + Process outbound orders efficiently and accurately. + Package materials securely for shipment. + Organize outbound orders, including tasks such as stacking and banding. + Ensure inventory control through accurate order picking, shipping, and receiving. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of warehouse experience. + 6+ months of experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred). + GED or High School Diploma. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with order picking, inventory management, packing, and shipping & receiving. **Why Work Here?** We offer a voluntary benefits package, $125 safety shoe reimbursement once hired on, and up to $10,000 in tuition reimbursement. We offer flexible shift options: 1st Shift (7:00 am to 3:30 pm or as close as possible), Split Shift (11:00 am to 7:30 pm or as close as possible), and 2nd Shift (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm or close as possible). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
