Responsibilities:
Coordinate resolution of emergent shipside issues to support operations across multiple functions.Provide feedback on assessments and assist with implementing strategies and updating tracking and visibility tools.Communicate the status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to ensure availability.Analyze and resolve discrepancies in parts, materials, and tools to maintain inventory accuracy.Identify and address problems or discrepancies of limited scope using established procedures.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, expedite, and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.Work under general supervision while contributing to the efficient flow of operations.Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
Previous Boeing experience is required.3+ years of manufacturing experience.1+ years of experience in operations analysis.1+ years of experience with root cause analysis.Proficiency with systems such as Velocity, REDARS (Engineering Information Delivery), Product Standards Data System (PSDS), and Integration Visualization Tool (IVT).Preferred Qualifications:
