Responsibilities:
- Owner of surgery product definition, product positioning, product strategy, and product configuration.
- Owner of marketing materials for the product, including brochure, comparison analysis, and promotion videos.
- Promote the product in related surgery market, including marketing communication support and the new product launch.
- Collect marketing information and make competitors analysis to develop the business strategy in local region.
- Provide regular internal training for regional sales with updated product knowledge and competition analysis.
- Provide onsite support for product demoes in OR with real clinical application.
- Owner of KOLs and excellent show site development and management in local region.
- Support marketing event for opening ceremony, workshop, exhibitions, etc.
- Support sales projects and drive business growth in local region.
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years working experience as product manager, product sales or sales related
- Orthopedics/spine/pulmonology intervention surgery knowledge
- Keen marketing sense, strong execution, result-oriented
- Passion for surgery, rich experience in OR preferred
- Excellent presentation and customer communication skills
- Excellent English communication skill both oral and written
- Bachelor’s degree or above with major in medical or related field
