Mission:Provide system architecture analysis, counsel, and design to business and IT stakeholders to develop solutions for existing application systems. Solution verification and validation per architecture perspective for projects and change requests of applications.  Manage and maintain the architecture of China local application portfolio. Play a designer and consultant role in projects and the application modernization roadmap.

Qualification • At least 10 years of working experience in the fields of IT solution architecture in MNC; • Significant practical experience or good understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF. • Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements. • Understanding of application development methodologies, SOA, object-oriented analysis and design, or client/server systems• At least 10 years of working experience in the fields of IT solution architecture in MNC; • Significant practical experience or good understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF. • Proven experience in Salesforce, Dynamics 365 or other CRM products. • Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements. • Understanding of application development methodologies, SOA, object-oriented analysis and design, or client/server systems • Be famillar with application modernization types,cloud-native development technologies and major application platforms, having experience to replatform or refactor legacy applications is a big advantage.• Have in-depth understanding and expertise in multiple technologies, including but not limited to a programming language (such as Java, .net, Python, c#, c++, etc.), database management system (DBMS), development tools, integrated development environment (IDE) as well as front end technology, etc. • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills; Strong presentation and communication skills and solid ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences of Stakeholders. • Ability to demonstrate commitment to develop, drive, and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, having a medium-high English Language Domain/Fluency (Speaking, Reading & Writing) 希望有企业视角落地指导现有不同企业平台去集成到新系统，帮助规划应用层/数据层/移动端系统能力支持业务prefer有salesfoce、dynamics365等经验prefer MNC 经验
