Job Description
As a Shop Technician, you will be responsible for repairing customer-owned equipment to precise specifications. Your daily tasks include disassembling, inspecting, and reassembling units such as gearboxes, rail couplers, fluid couplings, torque converters, automatic transmissions, and pumps. You will ensure all parts meet safety, quality, and productivity standards while adhering to customer deadlines. This role requires excellent communication, a commitment to continuous improvement in safety and processes, and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Schedule - 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday (four day work week with overtime available on Friday)
