**Job Title: Carpenter** **Location: Secaucus, NJ 07094** **Pay Range: $25-$33/hourly** **What’s the Job?** + Read drawings and sketches to understand project requirements; follow instructions + Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed. + Cut, shape, smooth lumber and other material according to measurements + Basic to Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of fabrication required + Ability to read technical documents and drawings. Must be able to read basic build documents that indicate height, length and width of products being fabricated **What’s Needed?** + Minimum 1-5 years hands-on carpentry experience + Proficient with basic hand held (electrical/manual) and measurement tools in the carpentry trade + Responsible for safe handling of Table Saw + Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times + Self-accountability & Work Standards: Set high standards of performance for yourself and assume responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments and tasks. **Work Environment:** + You will be assigned a numbered bench on the main floor + This is a physically demanding job, be prepared to spend a regular work day mostly on your feet + Bending and lifting required + Regularly exposed to dust and noise + Mostly will work in Shop and Warehouse areas If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
