Summary: Prepares and assembles electrical components of compressor packages by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. + Reads blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly and schematic drawings, and receives verbal instructions regarding work assignment. + Plan and execute conduit routes based on drawings + Use conduit bender to form conduit runs around obstacles + Understands and installs different components and parts such as electrical devices and instrumentation on compressor packages. + Pull and terminate different types of wiring. + Use a welder to attach strut for mounting conduit to compressor package + The ability to use excel spreadsheets to import able tags. + Must be able to communicate and work together with other members of production in order to coordinate upcoming routing and corrective action plans when needed. + May cross-train in other functions of the assembly team.
