Since you will be starting off in their entry level role you can go many of paths such as; leadership, machine operating, welding/fabricating, painting/powder coating, engineering, maintenance, and more. There will be a lot of cross training in most of their departments. There is also a review after 6 months of being eligible for a raise if you are doing well and once permanent you will also be eligible to get all your benefits completely paid by the company. **Pay:** $18.00hr **Shift:** 1st & 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM OR 1PM-10:30PM **Qualifications:** + Experience with hand and power tools + Previous experience in a production/manufacturing/fabrication environment + Great attention to detail + Lift up to 50lbs + Able to work in a team or individually **Job Description:** + Mask and plug/unplug parts before and after processing + Load/unload equipment + Assemble and stage parts + Inspect parts for defects and quality + Handle rework and unrack parts **Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
