**Job Title: Shop Foreman**
**Job Description**
This position performs quality control, time entry, part searches, team motivation, and daily reporting. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Keep the service manager apprised of all shop needs.
+ Motivate the technicians to stay on task and meet job deadlines.
+ Perform quality control checks on all completed jobs.
+ Verify that all comments are added to each job in Treqso.
+ Assist service manager with technician time entry in Treqso.
+ Assist technicians with all missing parts to increase job efficiency.

**Work Environment**
+ This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch, but hours could change based on need.
+ This position works in an office setting, with shop exposure during the workday.
+ This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or type; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
+ The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and sit for long periods of time.
+ The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds.
+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, Washington.
