**Job Title: Shop Supervisor** **Overview:** + Location: Jacksonville, Florida + Pay Range **:** $31.25 - $41.00 per hour ($65,000 - $85,000 per year) + Work Environment: Industrial, outdoor covered environment. Be prepared to work in varying elements, including hot, cold, and dirty conditions. **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Foreman to lead the workflow and production process within our shop. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding or structural fitting and knowledge of D1.1 standards. This role involves handling all scheduling for operators, welders, fitters, painters, and production, managing the receiving of materials for each job, and maintaining ongoing knowledge of job statuses to ensure they stay on schedule. **Responsibilities:** + Lead the workflow and production process within the shop. + Handle scheduling for operators, welders, fitters, painters, and production. + Manage receiving of materials for each job. + Maintain ongoing knowledge of job statuses and ensure they stay on schedule. **Essential Skills:** + 5+ years of production experience. + 5+ years of experience with production scheduling and workflow processes. + Knowledge of D1.1 welding standards. + Experience in receiving materials. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Welding + Fabrication + Structural Steel + Structural Fitting + Experience with structural steel, fabrication, and erection is a plus. **Why Work Here?
