Shop Foreman Compensation and Benefits

Shop Foreman Qualifications 

7+ years ASE Master Experience  2+ years of experience as Shop Foreman or related role  Knowledge Excel and Microsoft Word to run reports Ability to work on Saturdays, evening shifts and overtime  Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience – diagnosing and reconditioning used vehicles in a car lot.

Shop Foreman Responsibilities 

Fosters and maintains excellent relations between customers and stores Schedule and coordinate repairs by priority, assigning the most qualified technicians to achieve the highest quality repair at the lowest cost Will do a walk around and perform weekly inventory reports to know what is on our parking lot Obtains any needed warranty or customer authorization before working on the unit including taking pictures, faxing in for authorization, or any / all procedures as prescribed in the manufacturer’s warranty policy & procedure manuals Assisting peers in developing diagnostic skills
