**Job Title: Shop Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Foreman to oversee the daily operations of our shop. The successful candidate will manage employee schedules, ensure product quality, and handle customer-related issues, including quotes and job costing. **Responsibilities** + Review product for quality purposes and conformance with customer specifications and requirements. + Set employee schedules and workflow. + Schedule product pricing, billing, and invoicing in a timely manner. + Act as the primary interface for all customer-related issues, including preparation and delivery of customer quotes and job costing. + Ensure the shop traveler is adhered to and completed on time. + Interface with supervisors to stay informed of production, product, or employee issues. + Assist management in managing headcount requirements. + Schedule the company truck driver for daily and weekly pickups and deliveries. **Essential Skills** + Supervision + Grinder operation + Management skills + Machine operation **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in quality control and adherence to customer specifications. + Strong communication skills for interfacing with customers and supervisors. + Experience in scheduling and workflow management. + Ability to manage billing, invoicing, and pricing efficiently. **Why Work Here?** Join our team to be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment where your skills and experience will be valued.
