**Shop Helper** **Job Description** + This position will be assisting various departments at the shop. + The role involves organizing and labeling products, cleaning and organizing the shop, deburring or sanding items, assisting machinists, and measuring items. **Responsibilities** + Organize and label products + Clean, sweep, and organize the shop + Deburr or sand items + Assist machinists or other workers with projects + Measure items accurately + Perform various tasks to assist with shop needs **Essential Skills** + General labor experience + Proficiency with hand tools + Experience with power tools + Knowledge of grinding and deburring techniques + Ability to perform general production tasks + Skill in packaging and labeling + Inventory control + Fabrication skills + Ability to use calipers and measurement tools + Basic computer skills + Ability to convert measurements **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a manufacturing environment + Attention to detail + Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Work Environment** + Indoor clean fabricating shop.
