Shop Helper

Paying $21 / HR

Location - Portland, OR

Responsibilities:

Daily lifting of 5 gallon buckets of paint, pouring into mixing machinery.Mixing & blending of paints per customer order.Re-filling paint containers and labeling for shipment.Receiving production from incoming trailers using forklifts, manual pallet jacks, hand trucks etc. Pulling orders for will call, palletizing for shipping etc. using paper order sheets.Assisting loading and unloading of product as needed.General cleanup of work area.

Qualifications:

Must be comfortable lifting 60 lbs to shoulder height regularly throughout the day.Must be comfortable working around strong paint fumes throughout the day (masks and respirators are provided as requested).HSD or GED required.

Environment/ Shift:

Strong smell of paint fumes (within OSHA guidelines).Day Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm or 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
