**Job Title: Shop Helper**
**Job Description**
Accurately and efficiently receive damaged merchandise, then store and properly use a scan gun to input in the system. Ensure accurate inventory of damaged merchandise. Repair, quality check, and place merchandise on the sales floor once completed. May be required to use blueprints or shop drawings on damaged pieces.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive and store damaged merchandise accurately and efficiently.
+ Utilize a scan gun to input merchandise into the system.
+ Ensure accurate inventory of damaged merchandise.
+ Repair and perform quality checks on merchandise.
+ Place repaired merchandise on the sales floor.
+ Use blueprints or shop drawings for repairing damaged pieces.
**Essential Skills**
+ Assembly
+ Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
+ Wood finishing
+ Past furniture repair experience
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Paint repair on furniture preferred
+ Production experience
+ General labor experience
+ Ability to read blueprints
+ Past furniture experience
+ Paint touch-up experience on wood surfaces
+ Woodworking experience

**Work Environment**
Shift: 9am - 6pm / 10am - 7pm (Off Wednesday and Sunday). Semi climate-controlled facility.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Oklahoma.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
