The main duty of this role is to build crates and package final products. This position involves physical activity and requires being on your feet and walking throughout the shop all day. Lots of room for growth. If you want a career in manufacturing, this fast paced and constantly growing shop is the place for you! They will cross-train in multiple areas of the shop and there is potential to get into welding if that is what you want! **Responsibilities** + Build crates and package final products + Lift, band, and help build pallets + Occasionally assist in moving materials with a forklift + Rarely help in fabrication processes **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand and power tools + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Basic knowledge of fabrication techniques **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical aptitude + Reliability **Work Environment** You will work in an organized environment with ongoing additions of new equipment to support business growth. The role requires being on your feet all day and walking throughout the shop. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
