Onin Staffing is seeking a reliable and experienced Shop Lead for our fabrication shop specializing in roof curbs. As the Shop Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily shop operations, ensuring production goals are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth!

Shift: 12pm – 8:30 pm, Mon – Fri

Pay: $19.50 pr/hour

•\tLead and supervise a team of fabricators to ensure timely and quality production of roof curbs.

•\tManage the workflow and schedule of the fabrication shop.

•\tProvide hands-on assistance with fabrication and assembly as needed.

•\tMaintain inventory and ensure proper use of materials and tools.

•\tEnforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

•\tTroubleshoot any production issues and resolve them efficiently.

•\tCommunicate effectively with the shop manager to ensure smooth operations.
