Shop Lead Night Shift
Adecco is partnering with a manufacturing company in Casper to find a Shop Lead for night shift. This role involves leading, coaching, and mentoring welders emphasizing safety, respect, and reliability. The Lead Team Member should drive results, make confident decisions, and be committed to the schedule. Night Shift: 4:45pm-3:15am **Primary Responsibilities:** + Oversee tasks previously assigned, ensuring smooth, efficient workflow. + Plan and stage parts to reduce downtime. + Work with the Supervisor to understand and communicate daily objectives and assign tasks. + Monitor team productivity and quality, providing guidance on workflow, equipment, and safety. + Maintain production in the Supervisor’s absence. + Assist with machinery tests, paperwork, and team training on equipment and safety. + Enforce company policies and uphold a safe, clean workspace. **Qualifications:** + **Experience:** 3-5 years minimum welding experience with team leadership experience. + **Skills:** Proficiency in FCAW and GMAW welding, print reading, and equipment operation. + **Physical Requirements:** Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions, including exposure to loud noises, fumes, and weather variations. **Work Environment:** Regular exposure to high noise levels, airborne particles, and machinery.
