**Shop Manager** Currently hiring a Shop Manager in the Frankfort, IL area. Hiring immediately. **Pay:** $25-$40/HR. **Shift:** 1st shift (7AM-3:30PM) Mandatory overtime. Average of 5-12 hours of overtime a week. **Description:** - Supervisory experience; **Must be able to pass a weld test.** - Understanding of sheet metal fabrication, TIG welding, and machining and industrial equipment - Ability to read and interpret blueprints - Capable of coordinating work and priorities in order to meet established deadlines - Willingness to be a working team member when needed - Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Committed to working mandatory overtime - Successful completion of a welding test using thin gauge material - Experience with conveyors and food processing equipment or other metal fabricating familiarity will position candidate higher for consideration **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + 4+ years of supervisory/lead experience + Understanding of sheet metal fabrication + Machining and industrial equipment + Reading and interpreting blueprints **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
