This position is responsible for managing day-to-day onsite operations for individual construction projects from Pre-Construction through the Close-Out Phase. This includes but is not limited to, procuring, scheduling and directing of work crews, equipment, subcontractors and materials. Individual must be able to construct projects in accordance with construction designs, plans and specifications. Must have the ability to read design drawings and ensure that the project is being constructed in accordance within project guidelines, on schedule and within budget.

Assume lead role on assigned projects/tasks from management including equipment maintenance and repair and cleaning, review and coding of vendor invoices, vendor scheduling.Provide daily equipment updates to the site teamMonitor inventory and order shop supplies and parts for the equipmentReview preventative maintenance schedule and coordinate with maintenance team and site team to ensure equipment maintenance is completed on timeReview and approve vendor invoices for accuracyProvide daily reports on equipment to the ownersReview daily equipment inspection forms for repairsPerform routine inspections on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is neededBecome familiar with the jobsite (key locations, haul roads, etc.)Monitor all production equipment for operational performance.
