JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary:

Works closely with the Site Manager in the daily operation of the site.  Assists Site Manager with daily operational activities including but not limited to reporting, scheduling, inventory management, cleaning and organizing.

Entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience.

Job Description:

Specific responsibilities include:

Under direction of the Site Manager, provides training and oversight to site employees and provides general operational guidance; serves as role model to team membersAssists with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new crew members.Provides exceptional customer service to those entering and leaving the site for a great customer experienceEnsures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by team members and customersCreates crew schedules and submit timesheets to payrollPerforms opening and closing proceduresConducts quarterly employee evaluationsAssists the customer in selecting oil type and other servicesProcess payment for services performedMaintains inventory and cleanliness of shop floor, office, and bathroomsPerforms Technician duties as needed to ensure quality and timely customer serviceDrain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessaryCommunicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation


Skills/Qualifications/Physical Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s licenseAble to bend or stand at least 80% of the time; must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit used to position self safely under carsMust be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turningCapable of working any day of the week including Sundays and work in hot/cold weather conditionsBasic computer skills: ability to use a keyboard and a mouse to correctly collect and enter information into a point of sale systemExceptional customer service skillsWhere applicable: ability to obtain a state-issued inspector’s license is preferredAttention to detailAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team membersComfortable working in fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to accomplish goalsAbility to work in all weather conditionsMust be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
