HOLT CAT in Cleburne, Texas is seeking a experienced Heavy Equipment Shop Service Technician. Must have no less than 1 year of shop or field experience, working on heavy construction equipment. This position is responsible for providing high-quality repair service on heavy equipment in a shop environment, in order to respond to customer needs in a positive, caring, and timely manner and to ensure maximum value for work performed. The hours of the position are Monday- Friday - 7 AM - 4 PM. A Sign On Bonus of up to $5,000 is available for those qualified.

Qualifications:

Troubleshoot and perform complex repairs correctly in the shop such as pumps, hydraulics, engine, transmissions, HVAC, and electrical issues and repairs. At least 1 year of field or shop service tech troubleshooting and repair skills of heavy equipment such as dozers, backhoes, front-end loaders, excavators, etc. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment using electronic and manual equipment to determine failure. Able to document all work orders properly Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose Tier 4 systems.  High School Diploma or GED Preferred. Must have steady employment. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have the ability to obtain a forklift license.

Ability to frequently reach, bend, walk, etc.

Must be able to lift 50lbs approximately 5 times a day.

Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is required.

Excellent attendance is required. Must be able to work Mon-Friday; 7 AM-4 PM.    Ability to be productive by working efficiently and effectively with a high energy level. Ability to work with limited supervision. Must have own tools.
