What will set you apart:
2 year’s supervisory experience.Ability to communicate with all levels of employees.Ability to train and mentor a workforce with diverse skill levels. Additional InfoWhat you will need:
Minimum of 2 years’ mechanical experience and working knowledge of various agricultural equipment: tractors, implements, booster pumps, vehicles, and other various types.Knowledge and experience in the safe, effective use of fabrication and maintenance shop machinery, equipment, and tools.Able to develop sufficient computer skills to generate and manage documents such as Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Inspections, and digital timekeeping, as well as create reports in programs like Excel and Word, while maintaining accurate database records.Available to work various hours and effectively manage issues in the absence of the Shop Manager. Able to travel overnight occasionally.Bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.Have a valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.Pass pre-placement drug/ alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
