Shop WelderShift: 5am - 3pm, Monday - Thursday (up to 10+ hours of OT each week!)Location: Glen Burnie, MDPay: $20 - $25 per hourResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components.Conduct basic metal fabrication tasks.Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.Utilize hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, and sanders.Collaborate with team members in a highly cooperative environment.Maintain high standards of workmanship and organizational skills.Prioritize tasks effectively to meet schedules.Solve problems efficiently and effectively.Essential SkillsExperience with steel and aluminum welding, including MIG welding.Experience welding in aerospace, automotive, or marine industries.Ability to read and understand prints and work instructions.Proficiency in math and accurate use of measuring tools like calipers or tape measures.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.Work EnvironmentBrand-new warehouse that has clean and open areas designated for the welding team.We currently have 25 employees and are growing to 100 by the end of the year. Will be working on government equipment, so there is a strict no cell-phone use policy.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $48.00/hr.
