Short Term recruiter

Summary As a Recruiter, you will be instrumental in attracting talent and hiring talent for the client. This person will support the operations and production teams out of our Holland, Michigan location. This position aligns the company culture with recruitment messaging to new candidates. The individual within this role will actively recruit for hourly and skilled trades positions.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers, craft detailed and compelling job descriptions, determine effective screening questions, and market open job opportunities
• Source, screen and recruit skilled talent by utilizing the ATS, job boards, postings, referrals, and attending events
• Provide proposals and recommendations to upgrade, change and/or eliminate recruiting systems based on responses and market conditions
• Responsible for full-life cycle recruiting for both salary and hourly positions
• Source and interview job applicants, evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications for exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, initiates change as necessary to ensure compliance with law, corporate policies and business objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources
Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:

• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent, relevant experience:
Experience:
Minimum of 1 to 3+ years of experience in recruiting
• Must have experience with recruiting tools and candidate management
Skills:
MS Office Suite and ATS
Process management
Communication
Multi-tasking
Problem-solving and critical thinking
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support recruiting and community events
**Pay Details:** $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
