Short-Term Supply Planner

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

Drive Processes for Product Delivery -You’ll be accountable for driving the processes to deliver the right product, in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities. Balance Product Availability and Cost Optimization - Your focus will be on balancing product availability with cost optimization, emphasizing process adherence and operational discipline. Execute Supply Chain Strategy: You’ll ensure that Kellanova’s Supply Chain Strategy and Direction, as set by the Category, are executed and delivered with excellence through the daily and weekly Supply Planning Processes. Lead Core Processes Across Categories - You’ll take the lead in preparing core processes across categories, including exception management, deployment, Additional Volume Requests, inventory policies, Non-Performing Inventory Management, Phase in Phase Out, and KSOE meeting preparation. Facilitate Communication and Interface - Serving as a single point of contact, you’ll be the key interface between Category, Cluster, and Plants to deliver day-to-day and weekly planning activities.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain, Economics, or Finance. Proficiency in English. Relevant expertise in Integrated Supply Chain and Capacity. Significant work experience in Supply Planning. High proficiency in working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP/APO/BW). Advanced working skills with the Microsoft Office suite.
