Showroom Administrator
Aplin has partnered with our client to recruit a Showroom Administrator based in Edmonton for an immediate temporary to-hire opportunity. This position is within a well-established corporate organization. This role is deal for someone who enjoys providing excelling customer service and being the first impression of an organization.

Responsibilities:As the director of first impressions for the organization you are responsible for ensuring high quality reception and customer service to customers in person as well as over the phone and responding to email inquiriesWork collaboratively with the team to ensure appointments are scheduled, assist with order entry, processing payments and communicating with customers and vendors Update pricing and product information  Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers Various administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:2 plus years of experience including administration, reception, and experience within a public facing multitasking role that has provided high caliber customer servicePost-secondary education in Business Administration is an asset Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and adept at learning new software quicklyExcellent verbal and written communication skills Strong team player with the ability to work independently and be flexible to meet the depends of shifting priorities and schedulesAbility to confidently multitask with excellent problem solving abilityThis position is Tuesday to Saturday 830 am to 5 pm
